Crafted at Germany’s Meyer Werft shipyard, the Disney Destiny is Disney’s first vessel to fully embrace the duality of heroes and villains. Walt Disney Imagineering has pulled out all the stops, starting with its striking design. For the first time in Disney Cruise Line history, Spider-Man will swing into action as the ship’s signature stern character. This colossal sculpture, now in its final stages, depicts the web-slinger and his Spider-Bots mid-decorating mission, blending whimsy with superhero flair.
But the surprises don’t end there. Upon boarding, guests will be greeted by a monumental statue of T’Challa, the Black Panther, marking another Marvel first as the inaugural Marvel hero to welcome cruisers in the Grand Hall.
