The holidays are coming to Walt Disney World sooner than you think.
Disney has officially unveiled details for the highly anticipated 2026 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and holiday fans are already marking their calendars for one of the most magical seasonal events of the year.
The separately ticketed celebration returns to Magic Kingdom Park on select nights from November 8 through December 22, 2026, bringing festive entertainment, holiday-themed attractions, exclusive character experiences, seasonal treats, and plenty of Christmas magic to Walt Disney World Resort.

2026 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Dates
The event will take place on the following dates:
November
November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 27, and 29
December
December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, and 22
Guests attending the party can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 p.m., even though the official event begins at 7:00 p.m., giving visitors up to three extra hours in the park before the festivities kick off.
Ticket Sales Begin in July
Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green will have early access to tickets beginning July 9, 2026.
Tickets become available to all other guests on July 16, 2026.
Discounted pricing will once again be available for eligible Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members.
Meet Exclusive Disney Characters
One of the biggest draws of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is the opportunity to meet beloved Disney characters in special holiday attire and unique locations throughout the park.
Confirmed character experiences include:
- Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall
- Jack Skellington as Santa and Sally at Town Square Theater
- Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse dressed in their holiday best
Guests can also visit Santa Claus at Santa’s Christmas Carnival in Storybook Circus near Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Barnstormer, where families can enjoy crafts and additional festive surprises.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade Returns
A holiday favorite, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade, will once again make its way through Magic Kingdom.
The parade features:
- Dancing gingerbread men
- Marching toy soldiers
- Festive ballroom dancers
- Holiday music and scents
- Disney characters in seasonal costumes
- A special appearance by Santa Claus
The parade travels from Frontierland to Main Street, U.S.A., providing numerous viewing opportunities throughout the park.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
The nighttime spectacular hosted by Minnie Mouse returns with beloved holiday classics including “Deck the Halls” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”
The show combines:
- Stunning fireworks
- Castle projections
- Holiday lighting effects
- Seasonal music
Cinderella Castle will transform into a giant holiday gift through dazzling projection effects synchronized to the fireworks display.
Guests seeking an elevated experience can also enjoy the returning Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Parties, which include festive treats and premium viewing locations. Reservation details will be announced at a later date.
Castle Stage Shows and Frozen Holiday Magic
Guests can enjoy Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, a high-energy stage show featuring Disney favorites including Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, Woody, and more.
Meanwhile, Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies will return for the beloved Frozen Holiday Surprise, transforming Cinderella Castle into a sparkling winter wonderland.
Dance parties with Disney friends and event DJs will also take place throughout the park during the evening.
Holiday Overlays on Popular Attractions
Several Magic Kingdom attractions will receive festive seasonal enhancements, including:
- Space Mountain
- Tomorrowland Speedway
- Mad Tea Party
- Jungle Cruise
- Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
Additional attractions available during the party include:
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- Haunted Mansion
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin

Exclusive Merchandise and Complimentary Treats
Party guests can shop exclusive holiday merchandise available at the Emporium and throughout Magic Kingdom.
The event also includes complimentary cookies, festive beverages, and seasonal treats available at select locations throughout the park. Distribution locations will be listed on party maps and within the My Disney Experience app.
Disney has also teased an upcoming preview of additional holiday food and beverage offerings coming later this year.
