I, the undersigned agent of Axis Travel Group, hereby grant permission for the company to use my image, likeness, and any content or materials that I have provided or created, including but not limited to photographs, videos, written content, testimonials, and any other media, for the following purposes:
- Use on Axis Travel Group’s official website.
- Use in Axis Travel Group’s promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Use on Axis Travel Group’s official social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Use in email marketing campaigns.
- Use in blog posts and articles on the Axis Travel Group website.
- Use in any other marketing materials, as deemed appropriate by Axis Travel Group.
Release of Rights:
I understand that by signing this release, I grant Axis Travel Group the non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display my image and content for the purposes specified above. I confirm that I am the rightful owner of the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for its use.
No Compensation:
I acknowledge that I am granting this permission voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation or financial remuneration. Axis Travel Group is not obligated to provide any compensation or royalties for the use of my image or content.
Withdrawal of Consent:
I understand that I may withdraw my consent for the use of my image and content at any time by providing written notice to Axis Travel Group. However, such withdrawal of consent will not affect any uses made before the notice of withdrawal.
Confidentiality:
I acknowledge that Axis Travel Group will make reasonable efforts to protect my privacy, but I cannot guarantee complete confidentiality or security of the materials once they are published or shared.
Legal Age:
I confirm that I am of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Agreement:
By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this release form and grant Axis Travel Group the rights as specified.
